Taking things very slowly and living life one day at a time ,, for me it is so easy to get wrapped up in trivia and pretty unimportant situations,,, that has been a major characteristic for me ,, and it sends me to places that are throw me into bouts of anxiety and some depression,,,, so if the reverse is true I should stay out of these conditions,, makes sense to me ,, Unfortunately I get caught up in negativity of things.. which is a logical place for me to find myself,, still it backs up on me ,,sometimes it is worse than at other times,,
I need to appreciate the need for quiet and contemplation with the absence of thinking if that is ever really possible ,, but it is a challenge and a goal..
Someone on another site sent me to a book which I found on audio,, it is based on coming to terms with being an introvert ,, which I am not in many cases ,,, but in others I definitely find myself in that camp,,, there are good lessons to be found here.. and while the main direction of this tome may not apply to me ,, there are thing in it that do apply or give me some insight on why some people do some of the things they do and how perhaps I have been seeing something that just was all wrong or was never there ,,,
Nice day again,, kinda breezy which keeps the climate very cool and comfortable ,,, so it is a good day,,, I really hate hot days ,, they are coming none-the-less.
