Breaking News Alert!Ok, well it's not that breaking...but I got a call from the cardiologist's office today. You may remember that I had a very sobering appointment in May where I found out my cholesterol had skyrocketed. At the time, I vowed to eat healthier, exercise more, and I upped my medication to 20mg Lipitor, instead of 10.So yesterday I had labs done, and my results:Total Cholesterol: Was 233 Now 139Triglycerides: Was 111 Now 80LDL: Was 156 Now 82I think that's alot better, and I'm not quite sure what to chalk it up to yet, except that it's good.

That\'s AWESOME! Don\'t give the meds all the credit, sounds like you made some really healthy changes. That\'s my prob., i think I\'d eat way healthier, but I haven\'t gotten any bad test results, so it makes everything seem hunky dorey, but I know it\'ll catch up to me real quick!
GOOD JOB!!

Fantastic work. So glad everything you are doing is working for you! (I know Sharon is right, but don\'t let that stop you from eating well and exercising, you\'re not off the hook). Josh said it, those are some sexy numbers. (I wish I could get there...I\'m on 80 lipitor (max dose) and 10 zetia and total is 181, HDL 56, LDL 118, Trigly 56...
Keep it up/down!)
