Its a bloody nuisance this condition. I seem to have slipped backwards for a few days, my trouble is i want to be 100% now, Trying to force my recovery a bit to much. I know i have to let time pass, you think youve got something licked and then i come up with new things to panic about.I feel like im desensitized at leased more than before, I need a hobby, something outside of work and home something to get stuck into to help time pass and take my mind of the calander for my recovery, i know itll come right in time.

Hi there... its like listening to myself talking, reading your words. Be kind to yourself. Be patient. I know its not easy, I get fed up with myself at times, I just want to be \"better\" NOW... RIGHT NOW! But rather than beating yourself up about not being 100% & what you havent achieved... pat yourself on the back for the things you HAVE achieved. Remember yourself at your worst... your worst ever... now you got through that didnt you? That takes great strength & determination. You\'ve done great. I found something that helped was to pretend I was someone else, talking to me... I wrote down stuff like \"you\'ve done so well to survive your childhood, you\'ve been so strong & positive & got through things that would kill some...\" etc, etc. Try it... what would you say to someone in your shoes? You\'d encourage them Im sure.
Hope you manage to find a hobby... something outdoors I think for you... you like being on your bike & feeling that freedom. Is there anything else that will tap into that? Golf maybe, or running, or just join a walking group... I climbed a small mountain & the feeling I got when I reached the top, wow what an achievement that was for me!
Anyway honey, just wanted to say a few words... & now Im waffling on & on... ha ha... keep your chin up, you\'re made of strong stuff I can see that. Just wanted to be supportive.
With love

It\'s hard to accept the ups and downs. Try to realize how far you have come. Take things one day at a time!

Don\'t down yourself...you are doing so so good!!! Do you think anyone is ever 100% ? That is part of our trouble...we want to be perfect..and no one is...Give yourself a big pat on the back for what you have achieved rather than looking at when you have a blip. You\'re on the same wavelength as me...finding a hobby. It would make such a difference instead of clock watching and give us a sense of achievement. You are going in the right direction...keep going up....but you know we all have our down days...but we just jump back up again and continue!!!! GOOD LUCK xx
