General Update!

No breaking news here - just continuing to stay away!!!!!!!!  I had corresponded with a friend yesterday who is still continuing to gamble... I mentioned her before, but she believe it or not, said a few things to me that reminded me of my commitment.  :]  Sometimes I find myself just on "automatic" and thinking of the next time I was going to escape to the C was a very automatic thought in my brain.  Maybe it's just a matter of retraining our brains to think differently.  Sounds so simple. ha ha
 
Hope everyone is having a great weekend - I know that many are struggling not only with this but the potentially bad weather coming in that just adds to daily challenges.
 
I'm praying and thinking about all that may be affected by the hurricane... nothing traumatic in California for us right now except the usual earthquake threat that we live with day-to-day.
