I've proven to myself time and again that if you keep doing the same thing over and over, you will get the same result! That's where I was - going around in a circle. :]
My new behavior is getting a positive result and life is changing for the better!

Definition of insanity for us, is repeating the same actions over and over again, each time EXPECTING a different result.......our result was always the same....broke, broken, sick and a list of many other adjectives.
Now, being in recovery shows a new way of life, and that insanity is where it should be............some times the old saying, the higher my expectations, the lower my serenity applies to that insanity...we expected things to be different, but they weren\'t...........TODAY, one day at a time, things are different...they aren\'t always easy, but they aren\'t being complicated by our actions of addiction...............
