I have been VERY conscience about my body from the time i was 12, around that time my mom enrolled me in hip-hop dance classes and on the first day i got my period, which made me even more conscience, i never went back after that and ever since i first started my period i have just been packing on the pounds, i am currently 15 years old and 100 pounds overweight. My best friend and i started to find (healthy) ways to lose weight such as; biking, walking, running, swimming, eating healthier, She continued to lose the weight and grow alot taller than me even thought i am two years older then her, i continued to pack on the weight and not grow very tall, i am 5'1-5'2 one or two inches taller than my older sister who is now 18. When i was with my first boyfriend (summer '06) he almost caught me purging, i lied and told him that i thought i was getting the flu, in reality i have never had the flu in my life. That made me stop for about a year (also, i had a pregnancy scare, it was a false alarm) and over last christmas (2007) i started to throw-up again, i felt really stressed and when i felt stressed or really full after a binge or even just after eating a normal sized meal i would throw-up.Right now as i am typing this i am FORCING myself to keep down the food i ate today, its actually giving me a headache.I haven't told anyone in my family about 'my unwanted friend' i dont think that i will be able to.I have been purging (skipping the year gap) for three years.and i have decided last year when school started to find someway to stop myself from doing this, i reeeeally want to stop even just thinking about my weight, and IF im going to eat or not that day, i want to beat this before it beats me.

You\'re saying you are forcing to keep your food down. Well done, it must be a hard thing to do.

it is pretty hard, but i\'ve learned to pace myself when i\'m eating, and to know my bounderies.
Easier said then done :P

Things are going pretty good actually, i\'ve been seeing the public health nurse at school.
She\'s reeeally nice and helpful, and she\'s helped me with alot of other things too.
