I called in sick again today.  I spent most of the day sleeping.  I think I needed it.  I don't really know.
I've been here today off and on.  I read the posts from people in deep states of depression and, it's like I don't have answers anymore like I used to.  Probably too much going on in my own head...or too much trying to stay out of my head.  Again, I don't know.
I plan to return to work tomorrow.
