My mood is still sucky, and to be honest I'm having a little trouble identifying why. When my shrink asked me the other day I told him that I have been working for 27 years in the same building, have never moved more than two miles from my family home and am currently back IN my family home. The one bold move I ever made (marrying my current wife) in my life has turned into a nightmare. The prospects of my ever being able to move are close to non-existant. I'm trapped in my job by a golden-noose--I'm paid to well and my work is too specialized to ever find something even remotely similar somewhere else. I've no real life friends to speak of, and my wife would prefer it if I had nothing to do with my online friends. Even when I do have nothing to do with my online friends, she still hates the fact that they even exist! So, okay, I guess I can understand why. But why now? It's not like any of this shit is new. Oh well. Workity workity blah blah. Another day of seeing if I can wal through those green halls without vomiting. Love and find the joy. It's out there somewhere. I'm gonna do some searching for it today myselfSteve

pepper as u see all the green walls think of zingers for winny lol
If your wife is gone over the weekend, have you considered going someplace new, just yourself - for entertainment? Go north, young man, breathe some clean air. Look at the forest and the trees. All my best for you Steve. susan
Or West... South might be good - JUST GO SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT - even if it is only for an evening.
Sending New a HIGH 5 for having the right idea.
Hugs honey. I am sorry things are so hard right now. Sending you much love and deep friendship. Love, Michele.
Trust in yourself and seek out things that selfishly bring you joy and peace this weekend my friend. I hope you will feel better soon.
You are making bold moves every day. Dealing with what you are dealing with and still being able to work, be a husband, a father and a friend--that\'s pretty impressive to me. It\'s bold when you remain true to yourself and what you believe in. Many ((((((hugs)))))) ~Nancy
