It was a little rough yesterday.  I was in a wonderful mood most of the day.  My wife cut out of choir after an hour because it was too much for her.   After she picked me up and we went to dinner, she spent most of the evening lambasting me for, well, just about everything. Reality is so hard to judge sometimes.  I know that I DO screw up a lot, and some of the things she was lambasting me about were justified.  Sometimes, however, she was clearly off base.  At one point, she said something from the other room, I couldn't understand her and I asked her to repeat it.  She then started lambasting me for the way *I* slur my sentences.  It was funny and sad and scary at the same time. Finally, she was nastily accusitory toward me about something (I don't even remember what) and I said that I had enough and walked from the room. She said some things that make me believe that she's been reading what I say in here about her being verbally abusive.  I didn't deny it.  I'm not really hiding what I do in here or say about her because I'm not doing anything wrong and I'm not saying anything that I wouldn't tell her to her face if she asked.  I went and laid down in bed and she copied a post about paranoia in her blog.  She knows that she's out of control.  I have a hard time blaming her.  But, jeeze, it's hard to live with sometimes. The meds seem to be helping her, but not always.  She's coming down off of a manic swing. We talked a little about marriage counceling.  My shrink said that he would be happy to do it for us.  I plan to take him up on it for our next session. I'm a bad procrastinator and I haven't been doing all that I should around the house.  At the same time, when she gets like that, I don't know what reality is any more.  My mood, however, remains upbeat.  Go figure.
