Just feeling blah, blue, and tired today.  No really good reasons. As usual, I don't feel like doing anything.  Or rather, the things I feel like doing aren't things that my work would like me to be doing. There are patrons I'm supposed to call, and I hate hate HATE talking on the phone.  How the hell did I ever get into this job in the first place.  I'm a scientist and a philosopher.  I really don't care two shits about libraries. Sigh.  Enough whining.  Back to work, I guess.

Sounds like vacation letdown to me. There is also the time change to consider. As a final consideration is Michigan\'s spring weather. Blah. Need I say more?

P.S. I LOVE LIBRARIES

I don\'t even know what the things are that I like to do much anymore. I hope the rest of your day goes smoothly so you can get back to being philosophical soon!!

I don\'t mind libraries. But I too hate talking on the phone. With a passion...and yet, I\'m a switchboard operator. How ironic.

Hopefully things will be better for you. *hugs*

I hate talking on the phone too. Finally figured out it was due to my ADD. Although I absorb everything being said - I can\'t always sort/file info at the time it is said. Have found myself agree\'n to stuff I wouldn\'t agree to if I had time to think it over. Now I only talk on the phone to order a pizza or chit chat with GOOD friends. Anything that has to do with business - I do via email so I have time to think before responding - and to I have a record of conversation. Ditto for friends that have trapped me into projects in the past. lol
