She doesn't want to go. A week overseas. The trip of a lifetime. She doesn't want to go. She must have said it about 50 times. I keep nodding and saying "I know." She has all these grandios plans of cleaning the house before we leave...things that MUST be done. But she doesn't want to go so she won't do them. So I do them. Then she yells at me that I'm not doing enough. The trip of a lifetime. It's going to be a fucking disaster. Sigh.

She\'s expressing her anxiety and fears. I pray that when you get there, she will find the foreign atmosphere stimulating and interesting. Even more, I hope that you can put up some guards that allow you to enjoy the trip even if it isn\'t exactly what she wants. I bleed for you, man, and wish you all the best. I hope to read a good journal entry when you return. Love, Susan
Yes, she\'s anxious. I know. I\'ve been in her shoes before. Just try to keep on being patient, no matter how much you want to scream. If I had to bet, I would say it will end up being a perfectly wonderful trip. I hope so, anyway.
I\'m sorry to hear that. She\'s probably really nervous. Always be understanding...regardless of how pointless it seems. *hugs*
