Brief post tonight because I'm somewhat inebriated and very tired.  I've been in a good mood today.  I've downgraded myself from excellent to good because I'm too tired to maintain excellent right not.  I still want a hug, and I asked my wife to give me one when she finally comes to bed.  I kinda doubt it will happen though. We're going to Belgium next month, and I am SOO looking forward to it.  I've never been out of the US/Canada before, except for 1/2 hour in Tijuana Mexico when I was 10 years old.  We're going on tour with our choir, and I can hardly wait.  I'm worried about my wife though.  I told her that I'm going to go even if she doesn't feel up to it, but I'm worried that if she does go she will crash and try to pull me down with her.  I'm hoping for the best because I can't think of anything else to do. One of these evenings I'm going to have to relate the story of my evil ex-wife and my daughter.  (evil evil evil).  But not tonight.  I'm way too tired. I feel weird.  I wanna sleep but I want to stay in DS.  I don't think I can do both at once.  Oh well.  I'm interested to see what I'm going to do.  :)  Safe paths.

Dear Al, I hope you and your wife have a wonderful time in Belgium! As a word of warning: Bipolars are very sensitive to sleep and lack of it. My first crash came when I went to London on a business trip. That was 15 years ago, and I\'ve since learned that if you don\'t maintain 8 hours of sleep a night - in spite of the time change - then you will crash. Really try to seep on the plane over there. Best of luck, and I\'m really interested to hear about your wife and daughter! Love, Julia

Belgium!!! How exciting. I hope your wife desires to go and has a good time while there. A trip can be very refreshing (although you\'re going from one snow-covered country to another) - HAH!!! Susan
