Last night I dreamt that I was a kid again, reliving an episode from my childhood that never happened.  I was an adult in a child's body and somehow I was going to make everything right this time.  Starting from Kindergarten, if I knew then what I know now...well...my choices would be dramatically different, to say the least. When I awoke, I felt rested, relaxed, and strong.  Bathed, shaved, dressed, and determined, today I feel like I can control my life.  Vaguely messianic.  Something about that dream and recoving from this illness...I feel like the sweat cleansed my body and mind.  In reality I must be a bit light headed.  I feel good though.  I feel like I'm at a crossroads right now...like a different path is open to me if only I had the courage to take it.  Realistically, I see no other path.  I will be open should one present itself, however.  What is this?  Some kind of dream induced euforia?  Still, something holds me back from choosing the "excellent" face.  Fear?  Knowledge that there are still problems in my life that I cannot fix, no matter how strong I am? I awoke prepared to get ready for work.  Then I looked at my calander and realized that I have an afternoon shift.  So I'm laying back down, writing this, and feeling nappy instead.  Funny.  I never tied the first moon landings to the time I started Kindergarten, but I realize now that they would have been happening at almost the same time.  I thought I was a bit older than that when they landed on the moon...perhaps not though. It's going to be a good day,I think.
