It is Friday!!!! Today is beautiful. Sunny and supposed to be 80. Josh would have loved a day like today. I can see him coming out of the house with his rainbow flip flops on, shorts and his favorite yellow t-shirt. Monday was 15 months of living without Josh. Easter was OK. I went to the cementary on Saturday and washed it good. It was just a shining. Left there and felt the need to go to the scene. I sat at his cross looked at all the beautiful daffodils blooming that we planted. I was sitting there and I wish you could have seen the biggest butterfly fly around them. Josh was with me then and will be forever. Last night I went to a new support group called Friends of Compassion. I have been attending CF and the last couple of times really did not get a lot out of the meetings. Friends of Compassion is a group that is in my home town and have been meeting for 11 years and I had no idea. Last night there was only three that showed up counting me. Usually they have about 13 to 14 but with Easter holidays. But, I really bonded with the two mothers that showed up. I will be going back. Josh is sending me to new friends like he sent you to me. Josh, I love you buddy. Thank you for the 16 years we had together. Thank you for all the memories. What would I have without those memories? You are forever in my heart. I love you and miss you. OH!! I almost forgot to tell you we are putting the garden pond down tomorrow in your memorial garden. I can't wait to put some fish in it and sit out there and talk to you. Love, Mama

I am so glad you found a good support group and you are right-I absolutely believe our boys lead us if we will just listen and follow our hearts. Chris would have loved the weather down here too-he would have been skateboarding his heart out-probably still is come to think of it! Tomorrow will be a year and a half since we lost Chris-it still sounds so crazy to even say it-you know I am always thinking of you and have you in my thoughts and prayers, Love, Sandy
Peaceful entry...love to you...Karen
I\'m so happy you found some other women to bond with. You will all be a great source of strength to each other. Sounds like you had a sense of peace at the accident scene. I haven\'t been able to go to A.J.\'s yet but in time I hope. I\'m in awe that you can feel Josh around and that your memories of him are so vivid. Very comforting to have those memories of our boys. Love Robin
Melissa would be with him in her tootie roll flip flops. I love it when we have visits from our angels. Love and Hugs.
I can so picture Josh....very \"60\'s\", peace sign, rainbow flip flops, swaying more than walking.....what a beautiful sight in my minds eye....
So glad you\'ve found this new group and have bonded with these women. It\'s so important to have others to talk to and who truly understand. It\'s nice to be in the presence of such women. Charleston taught me that. Best of luck with the new fish. May they bring you endless hours of peace and memories.
Always your friend,
Teri
A pond sounds wonderful. I think that is terrific.
Sounds like things went well. The pond sounds like a wonderful idea. Such a peaceful place. Enjoy. Love and hugs Cathy
