I feel terrible. I feel like if I type what I feel I might break down. I was just checking my space page and looked at Josh's do see what friends had posted new messages. Well, then I go over to Logan's (Josh's girlfriend). She has posted alot of prom pictures of her and the new fellow. That should have been Josh with her. She acts like Josh was never apart of her life. Yeah, she needs to go on. But, John and I have not heard from her or her mother in a while. It's like they have forgotten us. Logan had gotten so close to us. We did so much with her and Josh. It is like John said this weekend maybe she loved Josh for the things Josh could do for her. I am so angry and hurt right now. I miss my Josh and want him back. I love you Josh!!!!!!

Yes.the girlfriends have to move on...but so soon? And its in pretty poor taste to advertise a new relationship so soon after..

kids are more resilient than we realize. i found out my son\'s girlfriend is getting married by going to her myspace page. oh it hurt and it cut like a knife. yet, i sent a message congratulating her. we cannot fault them for moving on. at the same time, i wanted to ask her if she ever really loved my son .... but ya know what, no one would ever love Reece or Josh the way us moms do. that is just a given. i\'m sorry you had to see that. wish i could take the hurt away. love you, charlayne

Wow, sorry you had to see the pics on my space. Wishing you prayers of comfort today and days to come. I agree that Logan needs to find new friends as well but not to plast them on my space. That is done in poor taste. (Sharlene)

Is time different for the young? It seems it must be! Listening to them I hear \"a month, oh geez, thats to long!\" \"A year, impossible!\"
Even so to ignore you after you have shared so much, is very rude, especially with her knowledge of your loss. There is such a thing as correct behavior (good manners).

I just read your journal about the your son\'s girlfriend moving on so quickly and not calling or anything. It does hurt to see this behavior after we lose a child. Get this, my son\'s bestfriend \"Shawn\" who was also in the car (the only survivior) starting dating Chucky\'s ex-girl friend with in 2 weeks after he died. I was infuriated! I went into a rage, I\'m serious. It made me sick, both of them. And I mean Chucky and Shawn were like brothers, always together. And I know Shawn never would have done this if Chucky had been alive. It was a huge slap in the face.

Shawn was hurt pretty bad in the accident, but nothing major.. he didn\'t even go to Chucky\'s funeral! He said he was afraid people would laugh at him (he had a halo on). I thought to myself \"are you kidding me!\" \" your best friend is dead and all you can do is think about your self!\" People are WEIRD! IT\'S LIKE WE HAVE LEPERSY.
