I think I'm finally out of that depression i seemed to be going through. The jittery feeling, and anxiety that I felt getting back on the medication, seems to be gone. Thank God. Dillon't intensions might have been good, but I don't want to try that again. Stopping all the meds I mean. I don't think that was too wise. Seemed like a great idea, to be totally off all medication, and be totally sober, but that kind of sobriety isn't always for everyone. Sometimes, perhaps, as we get older, and perhaps because of the abuse we've done to our chemistry in our bodies, we may just need some help with it so we can function alright. i don't think I could stay sober for too long with that way I felt. Feel like shit for too long... of course your going to want to change that, anyway you can. i feel very good the past couple of days. It's been sunny and warm. Almost catch myself wanting to complain that it's too hot. I still dress warm in the morning, but as soon as I get to wok, off come the long John's and tee shirt. Work has been alright too. There haven't been any problems, at least that I should worry about. The chef still has his insecurities, but I try not to let it bother me. Also I notice that I'm hanging onto a resentment towards the lady that ratted me out. That seems normal to me. I tell myself the truth. She only did what a normal person should do. She reported somebody breaking a serious rule, that could have had serious consequences. I need to go to bed now tho. I took my medication, and I'm having too much trouble trying to wright. Good day anyway. Thank you, God Amen.
