Feeling a bit better tonight. Just got back from church. I was so tired, and my head was bobbing up and down trying to keep awake. That lady I used to work with was there and she came to talk to me after the service. It took all I had not to be rude to her. She must have asked me a hundred questions about everything under the sun. I really don't like nosy people like that, and I find them very anoying. This week I'm going to try to get to some meetings. The past couple of weeks I haven't been around many people, especially one's in recovery. I notice a big differance in the way I've been feeling. I've been worrying a lot more, feeling depressed, getting angry more over foolish things. I hope this week goes better. I'm really going to try and get it together. Most of the things I'm worrying about will be alright as long as I stay clean. As usual, I want everything right now, but it doesn't work that way. I have to try and work on being patient. I might even start doing the corespondence course I started before. It's a Christian one that I started last year. While doing it I remember it helped me a lot. Kept my mind focused on possitive things. I need that right now. My mind has been focused on too much negative things that only cause me to worry. Anyway, it's late and I have to get up early. Lord, please help me to get back to recovery. I want to learn and grow, not sit around worrying about things i can't do anything about. Please give me the courage, strength, and determination to move foreward, and to do your will. Thank you. Amen.
