Well, I've been going through a bit trying to cut out my medication, Seraquil. The Dr told me it's a bad medication that can cause lots of problems, like diabetes. I don't want th I've been taking it for a few years, and it's very hard quiting. It helps with sleeping, but when you stop it's impossible to sleep. Just keep tossing and turning, and for me not getting sleep is a bad thing. Oh well, I thin k I'll just have to see what the Dr says and find something that can help. Otherwise, I've been just trying to take it easy. I'm looking foreward to my meeting with a social worker that my Dr set up. I really think that I need some profesional guidance. I need to set some direction or something. I started taking my Effexor. I thin k I feel it kicking in somewhat. I know it's still early for it to really be taking full effect, but I think I am starting to feel a bit better. That was really getting pretty bad with the way I was feeling. Life somtimes is very hard when you deal with depression. You try to do all the do things that you learn in recovery, but still things crop up. I find it can get discouraging. Seems like a never ending battle. Anyway, at work the chef and I are getting along better. I think that the both of us have some things similar in life that we struggle with. So now for the weekend. Not sure what I'll be doing. Probably go to the gym. I haven't been going for about a week, so it's time. Might even spend a little time at the library. Well, just resting up tonight.
