Today went pretty good at work. I got the clock set right, and getting up was a lot better. Had my coffee, and time to read. I renewed my membership at the gym for another month. I'm going to focus more on the weights and swimming this time. Last time, mostly I just used the hot tub and pool because of comming off the pain killers, but I'm feeling a lot better now, and I'm ready to do some weights. I started today doing some curls. Frigging hard, but at least I did enough that I'll feel it tomorow. I only did about three or four sets, but I couldn't hardley move my arms after. I started using the lady's weights after, smaller dumbbells. After I did some work on the Ab board, after I swam a few laps in the pool. Amazing at how weak you get from using. I used to curl all the time. I would curl a hundred pounds, no problem. Now I can only start with about forty. Anyhow, gotta start somewhere. I'm sure by the end of the month, I'll be back up again. I'm really feeling good now, and have some motivation back. This lady I met won't be able to keep up with me, but I don't expect her to. This is my thing that I need to do. Doing those drugs, and losing all my energy and strength really made me think. I didn't like that at all, and never want to go there again. Feeling like an old man is not fun. I know I'll be there one day, but not now.
