Had another fantastic day ay work. Got some compliments from my boss and things are looking good. I have to get hold of my probation officer soon. Every time I call tho, she's not there. Told my land lord that I'm interested in getting a one bedroom next month, either that or a bachelor. Either one would be good. Next week I'm going to go downtown and check out the gym. I've been wanting to start working out again for awhile, but because of the operation I'm supposed to have I put it off. I've decided that I'm not going threw with it anymore. I can live with my thumb the way it is. At work I don't have aqny problems with it. I really don't want to go throghj months of therapy. I'll still have the operation to get the rod out, but that will only have me out for a week. Well gota run. Finish this later. Last night I was talking with G, just trying to be a freind and she hangs up. Don't know what her problem is but she sure is rude. She was telling me about going to the Dr's. She's been doing so good lately. Not taking her Clonazepam, which is valium anyway. But the Dr. tells her that she has to take it so she's going to because he said so. What a bullshit cop out that is. Last night she was depressed about not being able to see her grandkids. I can understand that, but hanging up is just rude. I may have been a lot of things, but I try to be a good person now that I'm sober. Who knows, maybe she did what the Dr. said and thats why she's acting this way. Fucking valium leads to drinking almost with every person that I talk to, and from my own experience. If you suffer from depression, the worst thing is to be on any benzodiazepam. i was really looking forward to meeting her. I thought she was serious about recovery. I wanted her to see the center here, but I guess some people just want to hang on to their old shit. If she has started to take the medication already, it sure as hell isn't working to good if she's already depressed and hanging up on people. The one thing I do know is that I have to focuse on my recovery and keep doing the things that I have been doing, no matter what. Hope she does well, I really did care about her. I am really glad that I can be the person that I have been. I tried to extend my freindship to her. I wanted her to come and see things, but she kept getting hung up on this stupid idea that I really wanted her, or was obsessed with her. I guess she just finds it difficult that there are people that do care enough. I know I'm not obsessed. I just thought we could be good freinds in recovery. I know our other discusions got out of hand, and I guess that scared her. I guess live and learn. I wish things didn't go the way they did, but I can't do anything now.

James...you are not her doctor. I have researched this and, \"Klonopin withdrawal symptoms can range from sleeplessness and anxiety to seizures and even death.\" I wouldn\'t want that on my hands. Just because she listened to her real doctor over you doesn\'t mean she isn\'t serious about her recovery. I\'d hand up on you too if you couldn\'t take my other illness into consideration and be more empathetic. She doesn\'t seem to find it difficult to believe that me and others care about her. If your discussions got \"out of hand\" in the beginning, I can see how she may have got the idea that you \"really wanted her.\" I wouldn\'t necessarily say \"I can\'t do anything now.\" If you\'re serious about YOUR recovery...there\'s always forgiveness and amends.
Forgive me, james.......after stalking you, I see that you have already done that :)
