4 Weeks

It's been 4 weeks since I found out both twins had died in utero and went into labor that night and delivered them stillborn.  It feels like yesterday in some ways and others it seems like it's been so long because each day is long and hard as I go through this grieving process.
It's so hard to see pregnant women, or pictures of people with their healthy newborn babies or people just talking about their happy families.  I feel hopeful that my husband and I will have that one day eventually but this loss we have endured is going to slow that goal down a bit as we need time to accept everything and get through this before we can begin again.  It's a true devastation to anyone who experiences this kind of loss.  There is nothing like it and nobody understands truly what you are feeling an dealing with unless they too have experienced losing a baby unfortunately.
I no longer think EVERYTHING happens for a reason.  Terrible things happening to good people..... There is no reason for this, none at all.

It\'s been 3 months for me and I still struggle getting through each day. I recently had to take her baby clothes and bottles out just so I can remind myself to never forget her. It hurts so much and the pain is still unbearable. It\'s not fair to any of us. All we can do is take it one day at a time, and that itself is challenging. You hang in there. You and your baby in in my thoughts and I only hope that we each find more good days. Sending you tons of hugs.
