4 a.m. and sick again AHH sun Feb 22,2015 4 a..m.

Well, it happened again. I have been awake about an hour or so and decided to just get the hell up. I am sick to my stomack again. why does this keep happening? I know why, im not eating right, and i get no exsersise, so i have exstreem gastro probs allready. Yesterday was a bad food day for me. Gusee i didnt eat enough and what i did eat made me so bloated, allways in middle of night. this is why i have been to the er 3 times in so many months. it suchs so bad. i never know if im going to be sick or not when i go to bed. this I.B.S. is a terrible thing, and then having the erosive gastritis also, its just so very hard for me. i had to take another nasia pill and a nother sleeping pill and i may have to take a xanex. would love to be asleep right now. im so tired. I just want to sleep the rest of the morning and all day. dont care. Wont be able to go anywere, refreezing, not playing that game. So here i am again, middle of night, sick. well screw this. OK going to go now i guess. dont know what to do. guess try to maybe lay down again. so afraid. THATS IT FOR NOW.....
