Saturday night and I am battling fleas... it is a stalemate so far,, We had a storm this afternoon right out of a special efx movie,,, it was the most intense I have ever personally seen,,, it came on in constant sheets of water ,,rain mixed with hale,, it flooded my street which takes a bit of doing to see where I am.. it came on quickly and turned grey/black,,, there must have been a close tornado somewhere near here,, it was pretty scary for a while ,,, and then it shut down after about 20 minutes knocking out power on the opposite side of my street ,, we were fine,,, FPL was working on the lines for about 2 hours or so this evening ,,
Did a lot of laundry and did a bit of shopping after the storm,,,btw,, lightning and thunder was massive,, and the cats just took it in stride,,,2 of them laying about and Dante laying on the window sill watching the storm ..wasn't bothered till a big boom and then jumped off the sill,,
Got a return e/mail from LeAnne in the UK (Swansea).. we talk of how awful UK politics have become ,, not that our situation is that much better ,, but Cameron is creating terrible hardships and he seems oblivious to what is happening on the UK street. Seems that they are stuck with him till 2015 whether they like it or not.

Hi Neil. Advantage for cats? The flea medicine that is. Good luck. My advice is once cats are medicated just vacuum, and keep doing so, but throw away the bags so eggs don\'t hatch. Good luck.
Advantage is so damn expensive,,, the cats do not go out ,,unless they bolt out the door,,, which they cannot do as I have a spring hinge on the new door and I am aware of the cats when I leave,,, Dante is the only one that hangs out by the door,,.. Just need to get rid of the fleas that are currently in the house,,, so I am trying a variety of less expensive treatments,,, it is still to early to tell if it is working completely,,,
