3rd day... =S

Yesterday i gambled, however i never actually put in money..i received a bonus from a site...won...bet it all..lost it all....i feel ashamed ..not because i lost, but because that day..i wasnt strong enough to stop!
However..i do feel better knowing that i have nothing to put in anymore...nothing to sit down for hours for, hoping for.
I have also been reading about awareness, realizing that there is something more and something better...and in order for something positive to come into our lives, we need to let something negative out... i want gambling out!...i want the good..great things in this world. I want peace of mind...
