3dp5dt
Thought I'd just do a little check in :) I am 3dp5dt and I am feeling fine lol. I have been a little crampy here and I had a couple of sharp pains earlier today but I'm not trying to think too much into it because honestly I've been super gassy the last couple of days and I know the progesterone can do this as well. No spotting or anything like that.
I did have my first little breakdown today though. A friend announced her pregnancy and I am honestly really happy for her and her husband because I know that they struggled to conceive and have had a miscarriage too. But it put some serious doubt into my head that there is a real possibility that this might not work and I'll be stuck sitting here watching more people announce their pregnancies as I am still waiting for mine. It was sad :( But I pulled myself out of it and tried to just take my mind off it completely.
I also finally got moving a bit today and went to the gym and walked on the treadmil for about 25 minutes. My RE told me I should not be doing any other physical activity and doesn't want me walking over 3.5mph speed for more than like 30 minutes at a time. Said something about when you workout, your blood flow is not being focused on your uterus since it's pumping throughout your whole body, or something like that. And I can honestly say that I definitely felt the most crampy while I was walking so I did it at a slower pace and didn't do a full 30 minutes. But it did feel good to move just for a little while.
If i have another breakdown I will probably cave and take a hpt but I hoping to go as long as possible because I don't think I can handle a BFN even if I know it's still too early to test. Ugh IF is so annoying haha!!
Sorry for the rambling post, but this is how I am feeling tonight. I hope you all are doing well and I will check back in soon :)

I\'ve been thinking about you! I am sorry about the pregnancy announcement. I know the feeling of being excited for them but so brokenhearted for yourself. I am glad you are being conscious how your body is feeling. Keep us updated! :)
Oh man, the ivf tww is extra brutal!! Thinking of you and praying for your miracle!!! Ps, I poas 7dp5dt and it was negative\'but positive 9dp5dt.
Thanks ladies! Well I just saw my 3rd announcement for the day and one of my friends (again, so happy she got pregnant because she has PCOS and was on Metformin for a month and got pregnant) posted an ultrasound pic. I don\'t know what is going on today! But man, my emotions cannot take it!
Oh a happier funnier note, last night my husband had his hand on my belly and I told him he should say something positive to send some good juju it\'s way. He got really quite for a second, deep in thought, and then said \"Gooooo Uterus\" hahaha!! I couldn\'t stop laughing, it was so sweet and funny! So I just need to keep thinking of that when I am getting sad over things that I cannot control. :)
Its always so hard to hear about pregnancy updates. Keep the positive juju flowing!!
Just think, you and your three friends might all be having babies together! Keep up the positive energy. You are doing great!
