I'm just not in the holiday spirit, plain and simple. All day at work today people kept wishing me a merry christmas and in all honesty after a while it really started to annoy me. Does that make me a bad person? My parents invited me over for a christmas dinner after I get out of work and I said no. I can't seem to get into it. My neighbors just stopped by and gave me a present. I don't even want people to give me anything. I think my parents got me a little something but I don't want any gifts. I can't explain it. I know these people mean well and are in the spirit themselves but I want nothing to do with the holidays. I can't wait till after the new year. Hopefully I'll be in a better mood.
