Oh boy, I'm in trouble. Forgot to take my night time meds and its 2am and I have to get up for work in about 3hrs. I don't understand it, what the fuck happened. I may not be good at a lot of things but I am good about taking my meds and I'm really not that tired. Work is going to suck!

Whoa, can you give yourself a break? I\'m sorry that work is going to suck, but we all forget something every now and then. I NEVER missed a dose of my meds... until I did, and do you know that I didn\'t realize it until I went to take my night meds and saw the am pills still in the pill box? That then explained a lot of things about the day.
Is it possible that you\'re taking this out on yourself bc now you\'re going to blame yourself for how shitty work will be?
Perhaps you\'re not as angry as I\'m reading it, I hope not. I hope that work isn\'t too much worse than normal, and you can come home, take those night meds, and maybe get a few extra hours of sleep tonight.
