Tomorrow will be 40 days that I am free of gambling. So happy. Money is still an issue but I will not be suckered into thinking I can make money by going to a casino.
I'm getting together with a friend tomorrow that I used to go to casinos with. She wants to do something so I told her I wanted to go see this movie called Amy. It is about Amy Weinhouse and her struggle with addiction. She agreed. As long as I have a plan with her to do something else besides a casino then I think I should be ok. Crazy disease this is. Creeps into my head when I least expect it. I guess going to casinos for so long and so regular so many things have become reminders. Still plan on fighting the good fight. Even feeling confident that I might pop into some ga meetings if I need too. But I definitely attend the call meeting on Wednesday nights. So convenient.
