Frustrated

Feeling frustrated today. At the end of the day with work things got a little tuff. Coming up on the weekend now and my first thought is to run up to the casino and escape. But I am not going to let that happen. I'm glad I can write about it on this site and folks are responding to me.
I have gone up to casino every weekend sometimes both days now for the past 6 months at least. I know its going to take time for me to re-program myself and I understand that. Looking forward to reading more and attending phone meetings.
