ok yellow  friend of mine i  figured it  out  and told my husband this morning  ,apparently that  light sleeping pill  i am taking is no longer working ,i am  waking again  every  morn  ,around 5 or 5 thirty ,my mind in a jumbled mess unable to sleep -this iswhat happened  before  when  dr.  said  try  the sleeping  pill -it was exactly  like this  where i  felt  so wired i  dont  know how  much more i  can take   ,where  does this end -i  cant seem to  get it  right  no  matter what i do
