3pm back at work. Kind of hit bottom lately, RA kicking in hard and bleeds off what little brain power I have left.  Really got to me a couple of days ago, thought about checking out but chickened out instead. lol I have a pet bird named Art, but like the rest of my life he is in one part of the country and I am in another. It probably sounds nutty but I actually talk with him on the phone, with the help of my daughter. Art can talk a little bit “pretty bird" "here kitty, kitty" and my favorite “I’m an eagle bird”. I guess that’s me too, one day I soar like an eagle and the next day wish the cat would get me.
