11-24-07 3pm Back at work. Feeling pretty good today. My mind feels sound but not completly clear. Physical pain not  bad, just feel a little weak and shakey but not complaining. Had a long chat with stormy60 yesterday, It was a big help. The wife started talking to me again about noon, that helps too, but I was already coming out of it before that. I dont really know what makes the tide turn but when it does it is quick.
