Home from hospital after an operation to repair an umbilical hernia. The op went smoothly and so far I have had very little pain. So now I just have to be careful for a few weeks. I am glad it's over, it wasn't good living with the possibility that the problem could get worse - it certainly wasn't going away!

It\'s always important to be up and moving if you can after surgery. Great that you are doing so well. You get the atta girl award!
