35 weeks OMG!!

Well, I am almost thirty five weeks pregnant.  Where did all the time I go?  I am going to have a baby girl very soon.  I am still in denial about that.  I can't imagine being a parent at this point.  It is going to be quite an adjustment.   Working full time and being pregnant has been really hard.  I am hoping that I will be able to survive this last month teaching.  I am exhausted all the time.   I have also started getting some belly pain when I have to stand up and teach.  Because it is a large lecture class that I am teaching, I can't imagine sitting down to do it.  I may have to, however.   We'll have to see.  I bought a belly support band, which I am hoping will help.  I have gained about 17-18 pounds so far, (and it is all in the belly), so I can't even blame the hardship on excessive weight gain.   I am quite ready to have this baby!!!  I am definitely in the hugely uncomfortable stage.  I used to love feeling my little girl move, but now all of her movements and kicks hurt.  I often try to soothe her to sleep when she starts beating up my insides (which is all the time lately).   My other problem is that the skin on my belly is so tight that I think it is going to pull apart.  How am I going to make it through another 5 weeks?  Just for fun, I also caught a nice cold.  As if being very pregnant wasn't bad enough. . . Ugh!

ENJPY EVERY MINUTE OF IT - aches and pains and all! I remember right before I had my son, I felt like I was going to be pregnant forever. But, that first night we brought him home, I missed him. Yeah, he was at home with us, but I missed feeling him squirm around inside, just mine, all to myself:)!
