Friday

The day started off pretty well.  I actually had a couple of hours where my chest didn't feel heavy and tight.  But since this afternoon, I'm back to the status quo.  God, I'm so sick of it.  I really, really need to go for a walk, but I need to wait for the sun to go down more, so I won't fry out there.
