Had a good talk with J yesterday evening.  He helped to ease my mind some, though not completely.  I got a pretty decent nights sleep.  Hoping things will be busy at work today to keep my mind occupied.  So many of the patients that come in here are so dear to me.  They are such a bright spot in my day.  The rain needs to hold off for me to go walking this afternoon.
