Can't sleep

I can't sleep. The few minutes I do are just nightmares. It's like someone just died for me. I was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel because he made me so happy...Then everything just blew up in my face. I went from feeling loved and wanted to feeling alone and used in one day. I just want to take some sleeping pills but I don't have any. I hope I can get some sleep soon.
