Up!

Mood Change! Back on top of the mood cycle again. Downloaded some information from the "shyness.com" website. Amazing! I'll transfer the information later, but I sure explains alot of my life experiences. I can see where it connects to codependency and the 'obsessive negative thinking'. Cognative therapy (Thinking control) seems to benefit most. Although anti-depressants, MOAI's, Prozac, Zoloft, etc. have helped in some trials (since I've used them in the recent past it seems relavent at the moment) and even Retalin (for ADHD and ADD; which I thought I had, & I actually exhibited some, if not most, of the symptoms). Somehow all of this is connected. Including my assertion that it is genetic, or at least a proclivity. Especailly for Introverts. It even correlates shyness to Sept. & Oct. births (I am a Nov. baby) due to more melatonin in the mother's harmonal system; blonde hair and blue eyes (which I had until puberty), AND allergies (which I had in abundance and still do to some extent, although not dibilitatingly). This may be another piece of the puzzle. How many of my friends here were born in the fall (autumn)? How many had older siblings? How many had non-sociable families (families that did not socialize alot, stayed at home, family stuff only? It still gets down (for me at least) to being highly sensitive to the environment; which I think is what codependency is all about. How many of my friends consider themselves highly sensitive? Anyway, that's it for now......Later.
