Great. I finally checked the messages on my phone (new phone and I can't tell when one has been left...it doesn't alert me like the old one) and it was tdoc saying he made a scheduling error and has to cancel my appointment tomorrow. I can't reschedule. The last time I took a mid work day appointment all hell broke loose at work so when I got out of the appointment I had to fix a mess. I just can't do mid work day appointments. I know I will have too much shit I need to keep together for work so I can't open up in a session. Oh fucking well. 3 Xanax and a glass or 2 of wine. I have an appointment on the 17th so I will just wait for that one. Timing couldn't be more lovely though.

Can he squeeze you in at a time that suits you being he messed up? I would hope he understands therapy is very important to you and willing to fit it into your schedule. I remember leaving work to come back to an awful mess I always had to fix, no fun
