Busy Day

Work was busy today. Most of it out of the office and into the field. This is a good thing. During my first hour a small cluster congregated behind my chair. They were networking/brainstorming. It is a common occurrence. We all do it but sometimes it makes it so I can't think. I would have gone for the headphones but I had some calls to make. Busy is good for me. It pulls me out of the dark places most of the time.
I was a little more relaxed today. I'm trying to accept that things are going to happen that I can't control. If I'm lucky someone will ask for my opinion but most likely that won't happen.
I'm pretty tired tonight. I was up too late last night. I have been trying to watch Netflix but I am in one of those "sex is gross" moods. Most shows have sex in them to one extent or another and it is triggering me. I get that kind of sick feeling. I'm not even sure of the right words to describe it. Either way it isn't pleasant.
