Hello to everyone, I'm sorry if i worried anyone, i needed time. My little boy is doing wondeful. his name is Zachary, he was born on the 22nd, he weighed 9 lbs 6 oz.
I won't be on as often, sleep is pretty rare so i take my breaks to rest.
Zachary is a very sweet tempered baby, I think my only besides Levi. I am in between a lot of emotions with our new baby, the first week was so hard. I'm on medication now and things seem to be evening out. What a blow to my pride, I swore that I wouldn't lean on meds. But, I really don't have a choice, i have to be healthy for my children and home.
I have a panick disorder and it's real and has affected me in a huge way. But, after some time and counceling, I should get to the point of being medican free.
Anyway, I hope that everyone is doing great, I haven't forgotten my friends.

Please try to be gentle with yourself .. both now .. and always .. if the meds will help you .. please take the meds ..
There are a lot of us who have need to take meds .. no worries ..

Hello. Im so glad you are doing ok. Meds arent bad. If our brains arent working appropriately to produce the checmicals that \"normal healthy\" brains make, we need the meds. It doesnt make us bad or weak! If a diabetic needs insulin because their bodies arent producing it, are they weak or bad to do shots? Its necessary. Try to see it like that. Give that baby some snuggles and love for me!!!
I miss you, but take the time for yourself! It\'s you that is ultimately important! The meds aren\'t forever.....they\'ll help you take the edge off til you get on your feet again. Take care of yourself and that beautiful little bundle of joy! ;-) Love ya!
Congratulations on your new son!! I\'m glad to hear from you again,and that things are starting to get better for you. Don\'t be so hard on yourself about the meds,honey. There\'s nothing wrong with needing something if it can help you. Just take care of yourseslf and be good to yourself. Enjoy the baby and know that i\'m here when you want to talk.
