My face is yellow!  My face is yellow!  Not often I can claim a yellow face.   Have been feeling out of place in this world since sunday,  enjoying myself and wanting to do things,  it's been so long in depression that I'm not used to feeling ok anymore!       I haven't been trusting my feelings since sunday, due to impulsive "crashing,"  but I am working on it.   Last night I broke down driving home from church, cried a river, felt that old hopless, lost feeling again but by the time I got into my apt. those feelings lifted and I was feeling "ok" once again...phewwwww that was a close call.   I know what caused it too, not enough sleep!     I was on a roll with getting to bed early and sleeping through the night, but yesterday I fell back into old routine of going to bed in the wee hours of the morning, and getting only a few hrs of sleep before work and a busy day.  I really need to work on my sleeping habits!   Have busy day today and then friday I am leaving for a week.  I will have access to a computer so hoping to keep in touch cause I know I'll miss you all.    I have a new tooth now, so when I smile I'm not missing a gap now.  My new dentist is hillarious.  While he is fixing my theeth he is giving me instrutions on wellnes, walking..ect.   I suppose God knows who we need in our lives.

HOney, I agree with you about the sleep. I know it all too well with myself. For some reason once in a while, we are tempted to fight our sleep and stay up into the night even though we know it isnt good for us. Please try to catch up and stay steady with your sleep pattern. I know since I have been in the sleep pattern I am in now I feel so much better. Remember, too, we are entitled to have a \"normal\" emotional day where we will cry. We are women for heavens sakes. Thats our job...........to cry. It is how we release our emotions whether it be fatigue, agitation, sadness. You are doing wonderful and I admire your persistence in feeling better. I hope you have a wonderful, restful trip. Hugs
