I am failing miserably on my goal. I am also failing miserably on all the good and positive advice of my friends. I am not safe around people and that's all there is to it, at least for now in my life, my emotions are way to spontaneous especially the anger...ggggrrrr!!! I need to figure out what my next move will be. Do not feel any different with my new med then I did before, maybe it takes longer then a week? Love ya all xoxoxoxo

Give it some time sweetie, let your system adjust to the new meds. I dont like this feeling of spontaneous frustration either. I do relate to how uncomfortable it is. I will be thinking of you and praying for you. Luv and hugs
try and stay clam .. ia know that sounds easier then done... give your medication a bit longer to work... but do talk it over with for pdoc if matters are getting worse.... try not to isolate your self i feel that will just make things that much worse and depression might really set in ... i would hate to see that happen...i am really sad about your situation and wish i could just take it away for you...i am going to mass this morning and i will say a rosary for you and ask god for his grace and mercy for you....hang in there it can only go up from here...
Patience my dear friend, it will get better, the meds take time to work.I hope you are resting enough as this is vital for your mental health. Please be gentler with yourself regarding your mood. As frustrating as it is, and uncomfortable it is to feel, it is a part of the disorder and has nothing to do with who you are as a person.I hope the depression lifts along with the feeling of anger. Love and ~hugs~
It does take longer that a week. Sometimes it takes a month.
Goals?..Friends do not judge u on goal scoring!!..none of us would be talking to each other!...Go easy on yrself, hun...This condition is full of frustrations before u take account of the ups n downs!!..Go with it, ride the storm..U will come out the otherside...Honest!!..It took 6 wks for my meds to settle, but try to get rid of some energy..sad, but exercise helps take the edge of the anger..i am the sit-up queen..xxx
