I have been taking my new dosage of Lithium for 1 week now.   I am fatigued 24/7 but usually have a hard time staying asleep...aaahhh!!!!    Ever since I started taking this med 4 months ago my eyes have been burny and dry and itchy,  and now, I think because I'm so tired, I find myself crossing my eyes, just like they feel lazy or something...?   My vision seems a bit choppy, like when you take a picture or something...?   Besides these minor things I've had no other side effects.    Oh...I forgot about the weight!   Don't ask ok!   This higher dosage has quieted down my anger,  and I can tolerate being around most people.   I'm still a bit irritated at situations around me and am definitely not spontaneous.    I feel too calm I think..?   I can almost feel the frown on my face.   I just can't find the ummph to speed up and get excited.   I miss that part of me, I wonder if I'll always have to live without that part of me, you know, a sacrifice made for the meds I need to take,  I certainly can't stay the way I was, too dangerous.    I get my blood work done on Thrusday, hoping my levels have gone up.  It is only evening here, but I feel like I am going to pass out in my chair.  Signing off for the nite.  Love Ramona   xoxoxoxoxoxooxoxxo
