Another night of unrest. I was tired but itis like I forgot how to fall asleep naturally. The seroquel just made it so easy. Part of the 4 am sleep time last night was my husbands fault. We played for a couple of hours so around 12:30 we decided to go to sleep. My stomach was hurting though and my sinuses were draining (probably why my stomach was hurting). I also had a migraine starting so instead of turning over I got up took a long hot shower, ate some burnt toast, and had a cup of Sleepytime tea. At around 3:30 I climbed back in bed and put a heating pad on my head (it helps with my migraines). I was asleep at 4 but fitfully (again my husbands fault). He goes to work at 5 and was getting up lights on and off doors open and closing all kinds of noise. When he left at 5 I actually fell asleep and slept till 9:30. NOT COOL!So I feel a bit like I have a hang over today. Not down though and still energized. It is amazing to see what the Seroquel was doing to me. How it slowed me down in EVERY way. I'm glad to be off of it. I just hope that this whole withdrawal process speeds up because I'm scared of what kind of damage it is going to do to my body and life. Other than that I'm doing ok.

Glad to hear you\'re doing okay. I\'m out of Ambien so I take Tylenol PM to help me sleep. It usually helps a little. I was on a high dose of Geodon and on Benztropine. It made me into a zombie! When I started taking less Geodon and stopped the Benztropine completely my mind became so much clearer. Hang in there it\'ll all be out of your system soon.

Goodness! coming off of Seroquel is something I could not do. I tried but could not slept and my mind would not stop racing. The least amount I can take without side affects (Staying awake, tossing and turning, mind racing) is 50mg, but it took me four months to adjust to the new low dose. If you do not feel any better soon and not sleeping very well go back onto your Seroquel, small dose does not make you feel drugged, or tried all day long, nor feel like a zombie. Hope you will soon feel better and give yourself a couple of weeks to see how you feel hopefully your side affects will go away. Smile! Love Bunches...
Geodon helps me to sleep well and doesn\'t make me groggy the next day.
I hope this is all behind you soon Tizzy!
