Well I've had an up and down day.  I was great this morning and then I found out some bad news and totally had a full on anxiety attack.  I smoked my first cigarette in 4 weeks and drank hot chocolate and pulled it back together.  I insulted two people at work but all in all I didn't cause any huge upset and got through the mood pretty well.  I still hate my job and sometimes the disadvantages at this job rear their ugly head and it is hard for me to deal with... ON a lighter note it is Christmas....YEAH!  I love this time of year.  I can't wait to give my husband and friends and son all there gifts.  I made a cool cook book for my sister.  I am trying to keep focus on that and let other stuff go but it is really hard for me and today really hurt!   LUVZ

Enjoy the Christmas Holiday spirit while you can hon, it comes so quickly and leaves us just as fast as it came, don\'t let anyone spoil it for you and your family. Smile! As far as the cigarette goes start where you left off. You made it for four weeks you can do this again, therefore one cig will not hurt your success unless you continue smoking. Come on now don\'t let that old Nick-O\'-Demon win, okay? I\'m wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas Blessing, Rebeka56

You sound like me Tizzy - have to find the positive even in the worst negative! I can tell you hate that job!! Sorry you have to put up with crap.
I love Christmas too - hadn\'t for years until Ella came along. Children really do bring out the magic and child in all of us! We draw names in my family and just give gifts to the few kids in Mike\'s family. Can\'t afford more really...but we did get some nice things for Ella. This will be her 3rd Christmas and for the first time, she knows how to open a present, based on her 2nd birthday last month!
May you have smooth sailing days at work, and have a fantastic Christmas!! Hugs and love!! XOXO
