I can't commit suicide, but I want to.  I just want out of all this today.  I feel horrible.  I'm kind of between trying to accept the docs advise yesterday and yet still not accepting it if that is even possible.  To add that stress to the stress from work and how evil and miserable these people are I'm just not able to handle much more.  I want so badly to quit this job, go home and curl up in a ball and try to just feel better.  You know be sick with the flu like I'm always talking about except I have no sick time left, and I can't really afford to just go without pay.  Plus I'm teetering on the verge of getting fired.  Which I'm not sure if it is true or not but I'm pretty certain my boss is trying to build a campaign and info to be able to fire me in good conscience.  I just feel so unprotected and my pdoc told me yesterday that he has never heard of the banc of FMLA that I can use when I need it versus all at one time. He also wouldn't write a letter about my diagnosis to my boss explaining my "special needs" to protect me with the ADA because it is really hard to "prove" when a crisis is.  Ok so here I am trapped with all my plans for my life suspended because I don't feel good and to add to all of that I DON'T FEEL GOOD. Damn this!

I\'m sorry things are bad for you right now. Have you looked into SSDI? Maybe your \"special needs\" can be a day off a week, like Wednesday, to recoup.

Sounds to me you need time out from everyone, until you can get back in control of your emotions. Is there any relative close by to help you? Changing jobs is an option, and sometimes a must. Going into and private mental hospital can be a blessing, but check with you insurance first, plus you can sign your own self in voluntary. If no insurance they can transfer you to and state mental hospital. Please do not take this offensively, they can help you in so many ways if you let them. Ask your P/Dr. if you should get fired do to your mental state or actions if he/she well feel out papers for you to receive disability medicare/medicaid? With your feelings being so down this is and option to think about and I do wish you well. Being bipolar as you go along with the right medications you well feel better and learn to cope with each passing day. I\'m bipolar too, and I\'ve been where you are at now in your life, I do understand. It takes time and one step at a time, you can do it for you and your lovely family as I and other bipolar people have done before us. I hope you enjoy Thanksgiving day, try to rest or at least relax by doing the least as possible...

I had a boss who was openly trying to make me quit. He couldn\'t fire me because of ADA. I documented everything he did and went over his head. He left me alone after that.
