I sit here and I try and figure out something to write about.  It didn't use to be this hard.  I used to always have something I was peaved about... Oooh I just thought of something.  So at work I asked about maternity leave. I work in a job that is like sales but instead it is customer relationship development w/ a side note in sales, another words if a customer who I"m building a relationship with for my company wants to order f rom me they can.  Well I get commissions off of a territory and that commissions is based on the sales that our inbound team take and place.  So I build relationships and they enter the orders that result from the relationships and care I build with each customer.  Anyhow I'm saying all this to say that this is not a traditional sales job and the work that I do today might result in a sale in 6 months.  Well they say that when I go on Maternity leave I will not be paid my commssions which I don't understand since the premise is I don't make commissions off of what I sell today but I'm getting my commissions taken away while I'm off on maternity leave. Anyhow that is my bone to pick for hte day
