Well I know that it has been a long time but there really hasn't been that much going on.  Things are good. We bought a new floor and went on a vacation and the budget has been stable.  Life has been pretty good there have been a few upsets here and there but so minor they are not worth writing about.  I'm sorry I don't have more to say.  Please be thankful with me though cause I"m really glad to finally for the first time in a long time to have not much to talk about... YEAH!
