Well yesterday did end praise God!!!!
I'm not doing great today and my back definitely went out yesterday so I'm still in pain. I'm however doing much better I am not overflowing with emotions out of control. Now I'm just changing a lot but my energy has returned. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better. Thank you all for your support I can't tell you how much I need it.

So glad you are doing better today. Like I always say there is always a chance that tomorrow will be better. I keep remembering Gods promise that we may weep through the night but joy comes in the morning.God Bless and keep you!Love Sandy
